- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Add rolled oats, chocolate chips, and ground flaxseed to the bowl. Mix well until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour to firm up the bites.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
