Instructions

  2. Pour the vodka and coffee liqueur over the ice.
  3. In a separate container, mix the heavy cream and peppermint syrup together.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the vodka and liqueur, allowing it to gently swirl together.
  5. Stir gently to combine.
  6. Garnish with crushed peppermint candies if desired.
