 - 1 jalapeño, finely chopped (optional)
 
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
 - Squeeze in the lime juice, then add salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
 - Using a fork, mash the avocados to your preferred texture—smooth or slightly chunky.
 - Gently fold in the diced onion, tomatoes, cilantro, and jalapeño (if using).
 - Sample your guacamole and adjust the seasoning to your liking.
 - Enjoy immediately, or cover with plastic wrap pressed directly against the guacamole to minimize browning.
