- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup cooked steak, sliced thin (ribeye or sirloin recommended)
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat; add onions and bell peppers, sautéing until soft and fragrant. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the sautéed vegetables evenly over the pizza dough. Layer the sliced steak on top, followed by the provolone cheese.
- Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, slice into pieces, and serve hot.
Notes
For a crispier crust, pre-bake the dough for 5 minutes before adding toppings. Use a pizza stone for optimal results.
