Ingredients

- 2 cups pineapple juice (preferably fresh)
- 1 cup coconut water (no added sugar)
- 2 limes, juiced (about 1/4 cup)
- 2 cups ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Chill all ingredients beforehand for best results.
- In a large pitcher, combine pineapple juice and coconut water.
- Stir in the freshly squeezed lime juice until mixed.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the mixture over the ice.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a lime wheel or pineapple wedge if desired.
- Serve immediately for best flavor.
Notes
If preferred, dilute with additional coconut water or sparkling water. Fresh pineapple juice gives the best flavor.
