Pineapple Coconut Water Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple juice (preferably fresh)
  • 1 cup coconut water (no added sugar)
  • 2 limes, juiced (about 1/4 cup)
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Chill all ingredients beforehand for best results.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine pineapple juice and coconut water.
  3. Stir in the freshly squeezed lime juice until mixed.
  4. Fill glasses with ice cubes.
  5. Pour the mixture over the ice.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a lime wheel or pineapple wedge if desired.
  7. Serve immediately for best flavor.

Notes

If preferred, dilute with additional coconut water or sparkling water. Fresh pineapple juice gives the best flavor.
