Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat, stirring gently to avoid boiling.
- Add the white chocolate and stir continuously until melted, achieving a velvety texture.
- Mix in raspberry or strawberry puree and vanilla extract, adjusting sweetness as desired.
- Pour the Pink Hot Chocolate into mugs, top with whipped cream, and enjoy immediately!
Notes
For a colder drink, chill and serve over ice. Feel free to add sprinkles or berries as a topping. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
