Description
Delightful no-bake treats made with chocolate, coconut, and pistachios, shaped like whimsical nests and topped with mini chocolate eggs.
Ingredients

- 1 cup pistachios, shelled and chopped
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup chocolate chips (milk or dark)
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate eggs (for decoration)
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and butterscotch chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the chopped pistachios and shredded coconut until the mixture is well combined and evenly coated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Use your fingers to create a nest shape with a well in the center of each mound.
- Let the nests cool for about five minutes, then place a few mini chocolate eggs in the center of each nest, gently pressing them in.
- Allow the nests to set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.

Store in an airtight container: Room temperature for up to 3 days, refrigerator for about a week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
