- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix together the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, pizza sauce, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate each biscuit.
- Flatten each biscuit into a circle using your fingers or a rolling pin.
- Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each flattened biscuit.
- Gather the edges of the biscuit dough and pinch them together to seal, forming a ball.
- Place the pizza bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and puffed.
- Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
