Ingredients

  • 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Soft burger buns
  • Lettuce and other desired toppings

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse the prawns until coarsely chopped.
  2. In a bowl, combine the chopped prawns, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into patties.
  4. Cook the patties in a non-stick pan over medium heat until golden brown on both sides (about 3-4 minutes per side).
  5. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to make the Bang Bang Sauce.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing a prawn patty on a bun, adding lettuce, and drizzling with Bang Bang Sauce.
