- 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Soft burger buns
- Lettuce and other desired toppings
Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse the prawns until coarsely chopped.
- In a bowl, combine the chopped prawns, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Cook the patties in a non-stick pan over medium heat until golden brown on both sides (about 3-4 minutes per side).
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to make the Bang Bang Sauce.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a prawn patty on a bun, adding lettuce, and drizzling with Bang Bang Sauce.
- Serve immediately and relish the flavors.
Notes
Avoid overmixing the prawn mixture to maintain a tender burger. Use fresh lime juice for the best flavor.
