Delicious mini phyllo shells filled with creamy cheese and topped with sweet red pepper jelly, perfect for any gathering.

- 1 box (15-count) mini phyllo shells
- 4 oz (113 g) full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) red pepper jelly
- Fresh thyme leaves or chopped green onion, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange the mini phyllo shells in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Spoon about 1 teaspoon of softened cream cheese into each shell.
- Top each filled shell with about 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper jelly.
- Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the phyllo shells are crisp and the cream cheese is lightly warmed.
- Remove from the oven and immediately garnish with fresh thyme leaves or a sprinkle of chopped green onion, if using.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
For lower calories, consider using reduced-fat cream cheese. Assemble right before baking to keep shells as crisp as possible.
