- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
- Olive oil (for grilling)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ranch dressing, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the chicken chunks to the marinade and coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and brush the grates with olive oil.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.

Notes
