  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes if wooden)

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix ranch dressing, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, salt, black pepper, and olive oil to create the marinade.
  3. Add the chicken to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  5. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, ensuring even spacing.
  6. Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and has a golden-brown color.
