Raspberry & Mango Yogurt Parfait


Description

A delightful treat combining creamy yogurt, fresh raspberries, and sweet mango, perfect for breakfast or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup fresh mango, diced
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • Mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a glass or a bowl, layer half of the yogurt at the bottom.
  2. Add a layer of half the raspberries and half the mango.
  3. Sprinkle a layer of granola on top.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, raspberries, and mango.
  5. Drizzle honey or maple syrup if desired.
  6. Garnish with mint leaves if using.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. This parfait is best enjoyed chilled.
