  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cocktail sauce
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. In a saucepan, combine cocktail sauce and hot sauce, and heat over medium until warm.
  7. Serve the meatballs with the dipping sauce.

If you prefer juicier meatballs, consider adding a tablespoon of milk or beef broth to the mixture.
