Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients. Measure fruit, liquid, and sweetener. If fruit is frozen, no ice is needed.
  2. In a blender, combine the mixed fruits, yogurt (or almond milk), and honey (or maple syrup).
  3. Blend on high until smooth, pausing to scrape the sides if needed.
  4. If you prefer a colder, thicker smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until evenly crushed.
  5. Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For a vegan option, use unsweetened almond, oat, or soy milk and maple syrup instead of honey. Adjust sweetness or acidity to taste.
