- 2 cups milk (or your preferred non-dairy milk)
- 1/4 teaspoon saffron threads
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats and milk. Stir until well mixed.
- In a small bowl, soak the saffron threads in one tablespoon of warm water for about 5 minutes until they release their beautiful color and aroma. Stir this into the oat mixture.
- Add honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to your mixture. Mix until well combined.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours).
- When ready to serve, give the oats a good stir, and top them off with your favorite toppings. Enjoy cold!
