Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (whole milk recommended)
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt (or to taste)
  • 2 cups ice
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Extra caramel sauce (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, milk, caramel sauce, sea salt, and ice.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and frothy (about 20–40 seconds), being careful not to over-blend.
  3. Pour into a tall glass and top with whipped cream.
  4. Drizzle extra caramel sauce on top.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Use chilled coffee to avoid a soggy ice texture. Store leftovers for up to 24 hours and re-blend before serving.
