- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 cup milk (whole milk recommended)
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 tsp sea salt (or to taste)
- 2 cups ice
- Whipped cream (for topping)
- Extra caramel sauce (for drizzling)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, milk, caramel sauce, sea salt, and ice.
- Blend on high until smooth and frothy (about 20–40 seconds), being careful not to over-blend.
- Pour into a tall glass and top with whipped cream.
- Drizzle extra caramel sauce on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Use chilled coffee to avoid a soggy ice texture. Store leftovers for up to 24 hours and re-blend before serving.
