Sautéed Zucchini and Mushrooms


Description

A quick and easy dish that showcases the natural flavors of fresh zucchini and mushrooms, perfect as a side or light meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 Zucchini, sliced
  • 8 oz Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the sliced zucchini and mushrooms to the skillet.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
  6. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, serve with fresh herbs and experiment with different vegetables and seasonings.
