- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and shredded cheese until well blended and smooth.
- Fold in the cooked seafood, green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until evenly incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to a shallow baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the edges are bubbly and the top is golden.
- For extra color, broil on high for 1–2 minutes, watching closely to avoid burning.
