- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound calamari, cleaned and cut into rings
- 1 pound scallops
- 1 pound mussels, cleaned
- 1 pound crab meat
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Lettuce for serving
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until it turns pink. Remove and set aside.
- Add the calamari and scallops to the boiling water and cook for another 2-3 minutes until tender.
- Finally, add the mussels and cook until they open. Drain all the seafood and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, calamari, scallops, mussels, and crab meat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the seafood and toss everything gently to combine.
- Let the salad marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to soak in the flavors.
- Serve the seafood salad on a bed of lettuce, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For added crunch, consider including diced cucumbers or bell peppers. Adjust the amount of garlic and lemon juice to taste.
