Ingredients

- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
- 4 drops green food coloring
- Whipped cream (for topping)
- 1 maraschino cherry (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine 2 cups of vanilla ice cream and 3/4 cup of whole milk.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of mint extract and 4 drops of green food coloring.
- Blend again until fully combined and evenly colored.
- Taste and adjust mint extract if needed.
- Pour the shake into two glasses.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Place a maraschino cherry on top of each shake.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For a lighter version, use low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt or reduced-fat ice cream. Avoid overblending to keep the shake thick.
