Sheet Pan Chicken Caesar Salad


Description

A hassle-free twist on the classic Chicken Caesar Salad with roasted chicken, crisp romaine, and crunchy croutons.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup croutons

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the chicken pieces in a single layer on a lined sheet pan.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).
  5. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, and Caesar dressing. Toss gently until the lettuce is well-coated.
  6. Serve immediately, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and crunchy croutons.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Keep chicken separate from the lettuce and dressing until ready to serve.
