- 2 lemons (juiced)

Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme.
- Place the chicken in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, minced garlic, and chicken broth. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add the rice and any additional water if necessary, and stir.
- Once done, fluff the rice and serve the chicken over it. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
