  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 jar (16 oz) Alfredo sauce
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Pour chicken broth over the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  4. Shred the chicken in the slow cooker using two forks to pull it apart.
  5. Stir in the Alfredo sauce until well combined.
  6. In a separate pot, cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain.
  7. Mix the cooked pasta into the shredded chicken and sauce.
  8. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For extra veggies, consider adding broccoli or spinach. Use gluten-free pasta for a gluten-free option.
