- 1 lb chicken breasts
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 jar (16 oz) Alfredo sauce
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour chicken broth over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Shred the chicken in the slow cooker using two forks to pull it apart.
- Stir in the Alfredo sauce until well combined.
- In a separate pot, cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain.
- Mix the cooked pasta into the shredded chicken and sauce.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For extra veggies, consider adding broccoli or spinach. Use gluten-free pasta for a gluten-free option.
