S’mores Cookies


Description

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the vanilla extract and then add the eggs, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers until evenly distributed.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
