Delightful treats marrying the airy snap of Rice Krispies with the chewy goodness of Snickers bars, topped with a rich drizzle of chocolate.
Ingredients

- 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1 cup Snickers bars, chopped (about 3 standard bars)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (semisweet or milk chocolate)
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add in the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter until smooth.
- Add the Rice Krispies and chopped Snickers bars to the mixture and stir until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over the top. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
Best when chilled slightly before cutting for clean squares. Store airtight for up to 3 days at room temperature or 7 days in the refrigerator.
