			- 2 slices of sourdough bread
 - 1 cup cottage cheese
 - 1 cup fresh raspberries
 - 2 tbsp chia seeds
 - 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - A pinch of salt
 
Instructions
- Preheat your toaster or oven and toast the sourdough bread slices until golden brown and crisp.
 - In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese, a pinch of salt, vanilla extract, and honey or maple syrup. Whip the mixture until creamy and fluffy.
 - In another bowl, mash the fresh raspberries with a fork. Stir in the chia seeds and honey or maple syrup, then let it sit for 15-30 minutes to thicken.
 - Spread the whipped cottage cheese on each slice of toasted sourdough. Top with raspberry chia jam.
 - Serve immediately and enjoy.
 
Notes
For best results, use quality artisanal sourdough. Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
