Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot, add salt, and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth and well-combined.
  7. Gently toss the drained spaghetti into the sauce, ensuring the pasta is fully coated.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil if desired.
