Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, pecans, walnuts)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, salt, brown sugar, and black pepper to create a spice paste.
  3. Add mixed nuts and toss until coated.
  4. Spread nuts in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5-7 minutes to ensure even roasting.
  6. Once golden and fragrant, remove from oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet.
  7. Break apart any clusters and serve or store.

Notes
