Scale
- 1 bag frozen chopped spinach (10 oz), thawed and very well drained
- 1 block cream cheese (8 oz), softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (about 50 g)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (about 60 g)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the well-drained spinach and mix until evenly combined.

- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the log into half-inch rounds and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with the egg wash and bake for 15–20 minutes, until puffed and golden.
Notes
Serve warm with marinara or red pepper dip. Best enjoyed within 2 hours at room temperature. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days, and freeze for longer storage.
