- 200g linguine
- 200g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 1 lime (zested and juiced)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh coriander, for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the linguine. Cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant but not browned.
- Add the prawns to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes or until they turn pink and opaque.
- Stir in the Sriracha sauce, lime juice, and lime zest. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to meld the flavors.
- Toss the cooked linguine into the skillet with the prawns, mixing well to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as desired.
- Plate the linguine hot, garnished with fresh coriander for a pop of color and flavor.
