Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

- Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

- Stir in soy sauce and cooked noodles; toss everything to combine thoroughly.
- Season with salt and pepper, then garnish with green onions before serving.
