- 1 box of brownie mix (standard 18–19 oz)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup crushed strawberries (fresh or thawed frozen, lightly mashed)
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup strawberry crunch cereal
- Chocolate syrup (for drizzling), about 2 tablespoons
- Fresh strawberries (for garnish), 6–8, sliced or halved
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to the temperature indicated on the brownie mix box and grease a baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water until well blended.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake according to the package directions, usually around 20–25 minutes.
- Remove brownies from the oven and allow them to cool completely in the pan.
- Prepare the strawberry crunch topping by mixing crushed strawberries with whipped cream.
- Spread the strawberry-whipped cream mixture over the cooled brownies.
- Sprinkle strawberry crunch cereal evenly across the cream layer.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup and garnish with fresh strawberries.
- Chill briefly if desired, then slice into 12 squares and serve.
Notes
For lighter topping, use whipped topping; for vegan, use vegan brownie mix, flax eggs, and coconut cream. Store brownie squares with cereal separately to maintain crunch.
