Instructions

  1. Gather ingredients and let the frozen strawberries sit at room temperature for 1–2 minutes if they’re rock-solid.
  2. Add the frozen strawberries to the blender first, then pour in pineapple juice, unsweetened coconut milk, and lemon juice.
  3. Pulse 6–8 times, then blend on medium-high for 30–45 seconds until smooth.
  4. Taste and add powdered sugar to reach desired sweetness, then blend briefly.
  5. Serve immediately for soft-serve texture or freeze for 20–30 minutes for a firmer consistency.

Notes
