- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar

- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- Nutella spread
- Fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, sugar, and salt until smooth. Stir in melted butter.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl to coat the bottom. Cook until the edges lift from the skillet, about 1-2 minutes, then flip and cook the other side for an additional minute. Repeat with the remaining batter to make about 10 crepes.
- Once the crepes are cooled, spread a layer of Nutella on one crepe, add a layer of sliced strawberries, and top with another crepe. Repeat the layers until all crepes are stacked.
- Optional: Top with whipped cream and extra strawberries before serving.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, substitute all-purpose flour with almond flour. Let the crepe batter rest for 15-30 minutes for better texture.
