  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • Nutella spread
  • Fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, sugar, and salt until smooth. Stir in melted butter.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl to coat the bottom. Cook until the edges lift from the skillet, about 1-2 minutes, then flip and cook the other side for an additional minute. Repeat with the remaining batter to make about 10 crepes.
  3. Once the crepes are cooled, spread a layer of Nutella on one crepe, add a layer of sliced strawberries, and top with another crepe. Repeat the layers until all crepes are stacked.
  4. Optional: Top with whipped cream and extra strawberries before serving.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, substitute all-purpose flour with almond flour. Let the crepe batter rest for 15-30 minutes for better texture.
