Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine sliced strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Let them sit for about 10 minutes to macerate.
  2. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  5. Lay out the cake rolls and spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture on each one.
  6. Evenly distribute the macerated strawberries over the cream cheese mixture, then sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.
  7. Carefully roll each cake roll and slice them into bite-sized pieces.
  8. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
