Instructions

- Cut the pound cake or biscuits into thick pieces.
- To assemble, layer pound cake, strawberries with their juices, and whipped cream in individual serving dishes or a large trifle dish.
- Repeat layers until you use up the ingredients, finishing with a generous layer of whipped cream on top.
- Garnish with mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
