  • 1 cup marshmallows (mini or chopped large marshmallows)
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (for topping/drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease an 8×8-inch pan or line with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix the Rice Krispies cereal and marshmallows.
  3. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt together the creamy peanut butter and chocolate chips, stirring continuously until smooth.
  4. Pour the melted mixture over the cereal and marshmallows, folding gently until fully combined.
  5. Transfer to the prepared pan and press firmly into an even layer.
  6. Melt the remaining peanut butter and drizzle over the top, optionally adding a pinch of sea salt.
