Instructions
- Lightly grease an 8×8-inch pan or line with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix the Rice Krispies cereal and marshmallows.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt together the creamy peanut butter and chocolate chips, stirring continuously until smooth.
- Pour the melted mixture over the cereal and marshmallows, folding gently until fully combined.
- Transfer to the prepared pan and press firmly into an even layer.
- Melt the remaining peanut butter and drizzle over the top, optionally adding a pinch of sea salt.
- Let cool until set, about 30-60 minutes, then cut into squares.
