Sweet Chili Chicken Wraps are flavor-packed, delicious, and perfect for a quick lunch or casual gatherings, featuring grilled chicken and fresh veggies wrapped in a tortilla.

- 2 cooked chicken breasts (grilled, baked, or shredded rotisserie)
- ½ cup sweet chili sauce
- 4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cucumber, sliced thin
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- Optional: shredded cheese, avocado slices, fresh herbs (cilantro, mint, or basil), a squeeze of lime
- Olive oil, salt & pepper
Instructions
- Season chicken lightly with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F), about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes, then slice thin against the grain.
- In a bowl, toss the sliced chicken in sweet chili sauce until well coated.
- Prepare the veggies: slice cucumber, bell pepper, and julienne the carrot.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 10–15 seconds until pliable.
- To assemble, layer chicken, lettuce, cucumber, bell pepper, and carrot onto each tortilla. Add optional ingredients if desired.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, roll tightly from the bottom, and cut each wrap in half diagonally.
Notes
Don’t overfill your wraps to avoid messy spillage! For the best flavor, keep an eye on the chicken while cooking to prevent dryness.
