Description

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 French baguette, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Tomato slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley until well combined.
  3. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet.
  4. Spoon the tuna mixture onto each slice, ensuring an even spread.
  5. Top with shredded cheese and optional tomato slices if using.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
