  • 8 eggroll wrappers
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 jalapeño, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled turkey bacon, minced jalapeño, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
  2. Lay an eggroll wrapper on a flat surface, and place about 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
  4. Seal the edges with a dab of water.
  5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the eggrolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For a healthier option, you can bake the eggrolls at 425°F for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
