Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss in the broccoli, mushrooms, bell pepper, and carrot; stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce, stirring to combine, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper as needed.
