Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, whisk together almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir the mixture continuously until it thickens (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  4. Pour the pudding into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set.
  5. Enjoy chilled and garnish with fresh fruit, nuts, or coconut cream if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. For longer storage, freeze in airtight containers for up to 2 months.
