Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, whisk together almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir the mixture continuously until it thickens (about 5-7 minutes).
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Pour the pudding into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set.
