- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 1 cup flour (for coating)

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine vital wheat gluten, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk together the vegetable broth, soy sauce, and olive oil until well blended.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for a few minutes until it's firm, then shape it into strips or nuggets.
- In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat.
- Dip each piece into the plant-based milk, then coat with flour.
- Fry the pieces in the hot oil for about 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
For a crunchier coating, double dip after coating in flour for the best texture.
