- 1 can (15 oz) white beans (cannellini or great northern), drained and rinsed
- 1 cup (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup (about 4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
- Tortilla chips or vegetable sticks for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the white beans, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mash the mixture until it’s mostly smooth, leaving some chunks for texture.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for about 20–25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and slightly golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or vegetable sticks.
Notes
Use lower-sodium canned beans and reduced-fat dairy to lower calories and sodium. Avoid overmixing if you prefer a little bean texture. For richer topping, sprinkle 1/4 cup cheddar five minutes before removing from the oven.
