- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced olives
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips, toasted baguette slices, pita chips, or fresh veggies for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in mozzarella, chopped bell peppers, tomatoes, olives, grated Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper.
- Spread mixture into a lightly greased 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbling and the top turns golden.
- Let rest for 3-5 minutes before serving with chips or veggies.
Notes
For a lower-fat version, use part-skim cream cheese and mozzarella. You can also add garlic for extra flavor and adjust the salt to taste.
