  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the grated potatoes and mixed vegetables until well combined.

  3. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat until shimmering.
