  3. Gently fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

  5. In a saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice, cooking until blueberries burst and mixture thickens.
  6. Whisk together ricotta, powdered sugar, and lemon zest until smooth.
