- 1 cup fresh spinach (packed)
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (nonfat or low-fat)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the spinach, banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and honey (if using).
- Blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy your weight loss smoothie!
Notes
For a vegan version, replace Greek yogurt with 1/2 cup silken tofu and omit honey or use maple syrup. You can also swap banana for frozen mango or berries to change the flavor.
