White Chicken Chili

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  3. Stir in the shredded chicken, white beans, green chilies, chicken broth, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream or sour cream, heating through but do not boil.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.

Avoid overcooking after adding cream to maintain a smooth texture. For a lighter option, you can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or coconut milk.
